What is depression and how to deal with it naturally.

How you feel if you lost your most beloved thing you will feel low, you will cry and you will start looking for people around , whom with you can share your feelings and imagine what will happen if nobody listens you or care for you at that particular point of time. You will feel alone in this world and this will start making your brain cells inactive and which ultimately leads you to depression.


Depression is nothing but to lose self confidence. What i explained above is one reason for depression, there are many other reasons such as stress level, if things are not going according to your plans, expectations are high but no results and many other hundreds of reasons are there for this.


The situation becomes so worse sometimes that people use to start taking drugs or they even commit suicide.

Actually if i truly say medicines can help someways to a person in depression but he /she has to be strong from inside to defeat this so called disease.

Now the question arises how to deal with this most common problem in today's period of time.
Below are some ways one must try naturally to cure depression.

a) Walk in sunlight - It is proven that sunlight helps to increase want of living in one's body. It kills negative thoughts and make your brain strong.


b) Spend your time with friends or relatives and share your feelings with them.


c) Pick a hobby and spend a valuable time doing what you like the most.


d) Always talk to yourself and say life is much bigger and god has reserved best of the things in the world for me. This will boost confidence in you.


e) Take a sound sleep at night. If you sleep properly at night many diseases will automatically move away from you.


Diet of a person suffering from depression is very important too, we should eat the food items which provide us energy and make us strong from our brain and increase immunity , we should avoid oily and spicy foods.

Foods should be eaten are:

a) Milk - Milk is good source of vitamin D which again itself very helpful to improve your brain cells as it makes them active.


b) Protien rich foods- Protein rich foods like pulses, fish etc. are also very helpful in curbing this disease.


c) Walnuts- Walnuts have been proven that they helps in activising brain cells which in turn helps in curbing the problem of depression.


d) Green Vegetables - Use green vegetables like spinach, brocolli, coriander leaves etc in your daily diet.


e) Dark chocolate - Chocolate also helps in curbing the problem from of depression but these should be eaten in limit.


f) Vitamin C rich fruits - Eat fruits which are rich in vitamin C like lemons, oranges, grapes etc. Vitamin C helps in improving immunity which further helps in curing depression.


So above are some foods which helps to generate active cells in your brain and bring positivity.
